The WebEx site is an excellent example of online presentation and meeting capabilities. A free service, WebEx provides the ability to display presentations, share applications, mark up documents, and chat with text text and voice over the Internet. They also provide virtual office space where schedules, address books, email, instant messaging, and electronic business cards can be established.

Astound

Competing with WebEx, and using the technology of DHTML to provide a slicker presentation technology, Astound launched its service in 2000. Try it. You may find its feature set better suited to your purposes than WebEx.
