1994-1996 Traditions Assistant/Encore Performer for Walt Disney
World presenting the orientation program offered to all newly hired cast members. I was
honored to be asked to return for a second year.
8/94 - 6/95 Contemporary Resort
Front Desk/Guest Services/Concierge, responsible for checking guests
in/out of the resort, resolution of package issues, sale of ticket media, dining
reservations and ensuring that each guest enjoy a magical time at the Contemporary Resort.
6/94 - 1/95 Leaders Pathway - Executive Core Session Program
Logistics Liaison, responsible for ensuring all
materials/processes/programs were in place and ready for facilitation. I was also
responsible for field program facilitation and group feed-back sessions as needed.

merchandise locations throughout the Park. Most recently part of the team at Indiana Jones

National Organization of Women and did volunteer work with the Light Industrial Civic
Theater, Reston VA.

Lead at the Emporium -- a member of the team responsible for day-to-day
operations of the largest merchandise location in all Theme Park locations including
direct merchandising responsibility for the children's clothing and accessories section.
6/79 - 6/86 Data General Corporation, Milford, MA
I held a variety of positions starting with Field Service Administrator
in the Branch Office in Albuquerque, NM but, through a variety of promotions and transfers
throughout the United States, most recently held the position of International Logistics
Liaison, Field Service Division, responsibilities included creating and presenting
training seminars for field service line managers throughout the United States and
Internationally, including England, Germany, Japan and Mexico, resulting in efficient,
accurate asset management and enhanced employee satisfaction.
I also was a member of the team that designed and wrote procedural
reference manuals to provide the standard operational procedures for all field logistics
personnel, as well as develop and implement corporate procedures to control asset
inventory in a customer service organization resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
The team was also responsible for implementing new corporate inventory
management processes in European operations to effectively interface with automated
inventory management process utilized in the United States. I was specifically responsible
for developing and writing updated procedural information for insertion to the Inventory
Management Manuals based upon on-going business requirements and program changes as well
as publishing the monthly "Field Brief" newsletter to field logistics personnel
to provide current support strategy information and update on-going news.
